There's No Quick Fix for Fighting Flab!

Let's get real. If getting rid of stubborn stomach fat was easy, we'd all have 6-pack abs. The irony is we all DO have 6-pack abs; everybody has the same stomach muscles,after all. It's a shame most of us are hiding them beneath layers of ugly stomach fat.

To make matters worse, there are hundreds, probably thousands of diet books, exercise DVDs, and urgent infomercials pushing the latest and greatest piece of home exercise equipment. The diet industry is a $55 billion dollar monster with a seemingly insatiable appetite for money, and those who run it will do anything and say anything to get it.

It doesn't matter if they have to lie, cheat, mislead or deceive. They play on our emotions, our desperation and our deep desire to have a better body. It's disgusting.

I've made it my personal quest to make this blog one you can come to for the truth about getting rid of stomach fat. I will be searching online and off, not for the most popular diet or newest exercise gadget, but for real answers to help you get rid of stomach fat.

If I think a product is a crock and a waste of your money, I'll say so. On the other hand, when I find something helpful, I'll share that with you as well.

If you're looking for a magic pill or how to get rid of stomach fat while you sleep, this is the wrong place for you to be. It takes effort; it takes determination and belief in yourself; it takes motivation, persistance, consistency and focus. I hope to help you find all those resources within yourself to finally get rid of that ugly belly fat once and for all.
